Feeding the ducks

Finally the weather is getting nicer so we went out in search of ducks. We ended up at Gardner Village and the kids had a blast feeding and chasing the few ducks we could find. Mya is becoming quite the photographer. She barely let me have a turn with it. I guess that solves her birthday present this year...

Everybody's Happy!

When I was getting ready for work Dax and Mya came in the room to hang out and watch tv, when Rachel turned around they were cuddling. This is not a posed picture they were actually laying like this!

At Kaylee's birthday Dax was enjoying some ice cream. He saved a lot of it for latter!

Real Salt Lake

Tonight was the first home game in the new stadium. What an exciting game to be at. It was a little disheartening to see New York score the first goal but in time Real made it up with a goal of there own. It was a bit disappointing walking away with a draw but I guess it could of ended up much worse. There was a lot of animosity between the two teams, I think there was 6 or 7 yellow cards handed out as well as a red card. It made for a fantastic evening.

My first soccer game in a league! We lost by 1 point. They had two penalty shots in the game and missed them both.

Ireland Scenic

XANGO

Most of you probably know this by now but I got a job with a company called XanGo. It is the best job I have ever had, the people are awesome, the work is cool and the company culture is intensely creative with extremely talented people. I love being at work! I am the manager over new media and A\V. We had a golf tournament today and it was probably the widest day I have ever played in.

The Park

We went up to see Grandma and Grandpa today and on our way home we stopped by a park to let the girl's run around and get some energy out. Mya is a crazy little climber, and Kaylee has more energy than a nuclear plant!

The flight home!

On the way home Mya had to sit on my lap so we didn't get split up. I think she had a fun flight home but we were all tired!

Our trip to the San Diego Zoo!

We had so much fun over the weekend, on Saturday afternoon we decided to fly to San Diego to visit the zoo. The weather was perfect for a day at the zoo. The first thing we did was take a ride on a tour bus that went around the zoo and Mya had to be the highlight for me. Se would say in her high pitched voice, "dad look at the mommy lion", or "dad look at the daddy rock". She did not stop talking the whole bus trip that lasted at least a half an hour. We had so much fun looking at all the different animals, it was amazing all the things there was to see. I think Kaylee's favorite part of the trip was seeing the baby ducks, she is a nurturing mother at heart.
